Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Safety Route (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility and Family Accounts
Parent accounts may only be created by adults (18 or older) who are the parent or legal guardian of any child they link. Child accounts are used by minors only under a parent-managed family link: the parent creates the link, consents to the collection of the child's data as described in the Privacy Policy, and is responsible for the child's use of the App.
You agree to use the App only to monitor children for whom you are the parent or legal guardian, or others who have given you their explicit consent. Using the App to track any person without proper authority or consent is prohibited and may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and family link code confidential.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App to track, monitor, or record any person without lawful authority or consent;
- attempt to access another family's data or interfere with the service;
- reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App or its APIs;
- use the App for any unlawful purpose.
5. Safety Disclaimer
Safety Route is not an emergency service. The App does not contact police, medical, or other emergency services, and it must never be relied upon as a substitute for calling your local emergency number.
Location tracking, alerts, and SOS notifications depend on factors outside our control — including device battery, GPS signal, network connectivity, and operating-system restrictions — and may be delayed, inaccurate, or fail entirely. You should not rely on the App as your sole means of ensuring anyone's safety.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Yonder AI and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial family-safety purposes.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see our account deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yonder AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including harm arising from delayed, inaccurate, or failed location updates or alerts — arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
